# Referral Program

> Invite friends, get them 10% off their first pack, and earn ongoing commission as CatchCoins on every purchase they make

Every CatchBack account comes with a unique referral code. Share it with friends — when they sign up using your code, they get **10% off their first pack purchase**, and you earn **ongoing commission as CatchCoins** on the purchases they make afterward.

## How it works

    Open your account settings — your unique referral code is displayed there. You can share it as a link or just paste the code itself.

    When they create their account, they enter your code. We track the relationship between the two accounts automatically.

## What you earn

When your referee makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a percentage of that purchase as **CatchCoins** in your wallet. Commission is added automatically — no claim step needed. You can:

* Spend the CatchCoins on more packs or marketplace listings
* [Convert them to USD](/about-catchback/catchcoins) and withdraw

Each referral has its own commission window and rate, both set when the referral is created.

## What your referee gets

* **10% off** their first pack purchase, applied with their welcome code
* A working account with the full platform — packs, marketplace, vault, CatchBack guarantee, all of it
* Their own referral code, which they can share to bring in their own referees

## The referrer leaderboard

We track the top referrers in real time on a public leaderboard, ranked by total commission earned. Top referrers earn additional recognition and rewards — the higher your earnings, the higher you climb.

## Tracking your referrals

Inside your account, you can see:

* **Your unique referral code** and a shareable link
* **Total referrals** — how many people have signed up with your code
* **Total commission earned** — running lifetime total in USD-equivalent
* **Commission history** — per-transaction breakdown of each commission you've earned, including pending and paid status

    Yes. The referral relationship is established when they create their account using your code. Without that, the system has no way to attribute their future purchases to you.

    Qualifying platform purchases — packs (standard, custom, and specialty), and store credit purchases all count. CatchCoins purchases and free balance adjustments do not.

  <Accordion title="How long do I keep earning commission from one referee?">
    Each referral has a commission window set when the referral is created. After that window ends, the relationship stays tracked but commission stops accruing.

    Commissions land in your CatchCoins balance shortly after the referee's purchase completes. You'll see them in your wallet history with the originating transaction noted.

    No. Multi-accounting violates platform terms and any commissions or discounts gained that way will be reversed, with potential account consequences.

    The referral program runs as long as it's enabled on the platform. Rates and commission windows may change over time — your existing referrals are honored under the terms in effect when they were created.

## Important terms

* **Commission is paid in CatchCoins**, not directly in USD. CatchCoins can be converted to USD through the [cash conversion flow](/about-catchback/catchcoins).
* **Eligibility is at platform discretion.** Accounts found to be in violation of platform terms — including multi-accounting and fraudulent activity — are excluded from referral rewards.
* **Rates and terms can be updated.** CatchBack reserves the right to modify commission rates, discount amounts, and program eligibility going forward. Changes are communicated before they take effect for existing referrals.
