Scope: read:catalog
Exactly the packs Buy packs will sell this key’s account, at the price it charges, with live availability. A pack that is only out of stock stays in the list with available: false and a reason. A key with no linked account sees the public packs. A sealed product isn’t in your vault: the Starter and the sealed mystery packs pay out sealed products, which aren’t in Get vault, and the API can’t sell them back, list them or ship them.
