Scope: write:listings (needs a linked account). Changes data.
Puts a card you hold up for sale at a fixed price. The price must be at least 5andatmostthelargerof5 and 2× the card’s market value, and a card with no market value has no upper cap. The account needs a verified phone number. A listed card can’t be sold back until you delist it.
