Change a listing's price
Scope: write:listings (needs a linked account). Changes data.
Changes the price of one of your active fixed-price listings in place, in one transaction. The listing keeps its listing_id. The limits are the same as List a card, and the price is rounded to the cent. Sending the price a listing already has writes nothing and answers 200, as long as it’s still within the limits.
