Poll this after Withdraw until the status is completed or failed. A few seconds apart is plenty; most finish within minutes.

Status	Means
processing	Sent, or being sent
pending_review	Held for our review, usually cleared within one business day
completed	Arrived; tx_hashes are on Base
failed	Didn’t go through; the amount is back in your balance

Errors

Status	When
400	The id isn’t a UUID
403	The key lacks withdraw:funds or isn’t linked to an account
404	No withdrawal with that id on your account
