Your balance can come in and go out as USDC, with no wire and nothing for us to do by hand.

Deposit

  1. Get funding details returns your deposit addresses. They’re yours permanently: store them, there’s no new address per deposit.
  2. Send USDC to one. The ethereum address takes USDC on the EVM chains we accept, Base included; the solana address takes Solana USDC. Base is the cheapest and fastest, since that’s where your balance settles.
  3. Once the deposit settles on chain, usually within a few minutes, the full amount you sent is in your balance. We absorb the network and bridge fees. Get account shows it.
Send USDC only. Another token may be swapped at a loss or may not be credited.

Withdraw

Withdrawals go to one address only: the escrow address on Base you give us, which we set on your account. The withdrawal request carries an amount and no address, so a leaked key can’t send your money anywhere else. To set or change the address, contact us.
  1. Withdraw with an amount and an Idempotency-Key. The amount leaves your balance at once.
  2. The same amount of USDC arrives on Base, usually within a few minutes. There is no fee.
  3. Follow it with Get a withdrawal until it’s completed (with its transaction hashes) or failed (the amount is already back in your balance).
Money that came in by card can’t leave as USDC for 60 days; it can only go to a bank. USDC you deposited, and what you earn on CatchBack (sell-backs, sales), can leave as USDC at once. The account itself must be able to withdraw: phone-verified, with a name on file, and not under review or restricted. Partner accounts are set up that way. Scope: Get funding details needs read:account. Withdrawals need withdraw:funds, granted on request.
