- Vaulting and storage services

- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with the operation of our services
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
5. Transactions
- All transactions are final once completed

We charge fees for various services:- Marketplace transactions: $1 per transaction
- Vaulting: Monthly storage fees as disclosed

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.9. Indemnification
