CatchBack runs a monthly leaderboard that ranks collectors by CatchPoints earned. At the end of each month, the top 50 finishers automatically receive Bonus Balance credits they can spend on packs or the marketplace. The leaderboard resets on the 1st of every month, so every month is a fresh chance to climb.

How CatchPoints work

CatchPoints are the ranking currency on the leaderboard. They are not money and can’t be cashed out — they exist purely to determine your monthly rank.

Ways to earn CatchPoints

Free claims

Claim 15 free CatchPoints every 3 hours from your wallet. The claim button shows a countdown when it’s not yet available.

Pack openings

Every pack you open earns CatchPoints scaled to the pack value. Bigger packs, more points.

Marketplace activity

Buy and sell cards on the marketplace to earn CatchPoints on each completed transaction.

Platform engagement

Auction participation, vaulting, and special campaigns can all earn CatchPoints.

Real-time ranking

Your CatchPoints total updates in real time, and so does your leaderboard position. You can watch yourself climb (or get passed) as you play.

Monthly payouts

At the end of each month, we snapshot the leaderboard and automatically credit Bonus Balance to the top 50 finishers based on their final rank.

Bonus Balance lands directly in your wallet on the 1st of the following month, alongside any CatchCoins and Store Credit. You can spend it on packs or the marketplace immediately — no claim step needed.

How to compete

1. Claim your free CatchPoints

   Every 3 hours, 15 free CatchPoints. Setting a habit of regular claims is the simplest way to keep your rank moving up.

2. Open packs and trade

   Pack openings and marketplace activity earn CatchPoints on top of the platform value you’re getting. Every transaction counts.

3. Watch your rank

   The leaderboard page shows your live position. If you’re close to a tier threshold (Top 10, Top 20, Top 50), a final push at month-end can be the difference between $25 and$100.

4. Get paid out automatically

   On the 1st of the month, the previous month’s leaderboard is snapshotted and the top 50 get their Bonus Balance. No action required from you.

Frequently asked

What happens if I tie with someone?

Ties are broken by who reached the score first. The earlier finisher takes the higher rank.

Does my CatchPoints balance carry over between months?

No — the leaderboard resets on the 1st of every month, so CatchPoints earned in the previous month don’t apply to the new month’s ranking. Past CatchPoints stay in your historical record but don’t affect future standings.

Are payouts manual or automatic?

Automatic. The leaderboard is snapshotted at the start of each month and Bonus Balance is credited to all top-50 finishers. You’ll see the credit appear in your wallet shortly after the new month begins.

What if my account is flagged for a violation?

Bonus Balance is a reward for legitimate platform activity. Accounts found to be in violation of platform terms — including multi-accounting and fraudulent activity — are excluded from payouts.
