Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your CatchBack account, we provide two straightforward methods to do so.

Deletion Methods

Option 1: Delete Through the App

You can delete your account directly from the CatchBack app:
  1. Open the CatchBack app
  2. Navigate to Settings or Account Settings
  3. Look for Delete Account option
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion

Option 2: Email Support

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
  1. Send an email to catchbackcards@gmail.com
  2. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line
  3. Provide your account details (email address associated with your account)
  4. Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.Once your account is deleted:
  • All your account data will be permanently removed
  • Your information cannot be recovered
  • You will lose access to all features and services
  • Any cards in your collection, vaulted items, or account balance may be affected

Before You Delete

Please ensure you:
  • Withdraw any remaining account balance
  • Retrieve any cards from vaulting services
  • Cancel any active listings or auctions
  • Save any information you may need for future reference
