Your CatchBack balance for buying packs, shopping the marketplace, and getting rewarded

Your Wallet Balance is the money in your CatchBack account, in US dollars. You can add to it, earn into it, spend it across the site, and withdraw what you earn. Every change to your Wallet Balance is tracked in your wallet and visible in your transaction history.

What you can do with your Wallet Balance

Buy packs

Use your Wallet Balance to purchase any pack tier — from the $1 Base Pack all the way up to the $10,000 Black Obsidian — or any specialty pack.

Buy on the marketplace

Pay for fixed-price listings, or buy a Dutch-auction card at its current price.

Convert to cash

Withdraw what you earn from CatchBacks and marketplace sales to your bank account, or as USDC to your own crypto wallet.

Get rewarded

Earn into your Wallet Balance through marketplace sales, promotions, and platform activity — no spending required.

How to earn into your Wallet Balance

CatchBacks

When you sell a card back to us with its CatchBack offer, the payout lands in your Wallet Balance right away.

Marketplace sales

When another collector buys one of your listings, your seller payout lands in your Wallet Balance.

Promotions

We occasionally credit your Wallet Balance for platform milestones, beta features, or campaign launches. These show up in your wallet history as adjustments.

How to withdraw

Only money you earned from CatchBacks and marketplace sales can be withdrawn. Funds you deposited stay on the platform for packs and purchases. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and there’s no withdrawal fee.

1. Open Withdraw

   Tap your balance at the top of the screen, then switch from Deposit to Withdraw.

2. Choose where it goes

   Withdraw to your bank account, or out as USDC to your own crypto wallet. If you deposited by card in the last 60 days, withdrawals up to that amount can only go to a bank.

3. Receive your funds

   Bank withdrawals usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. USDC withdrawals usually arrive within minutes. If a withdrawal says in review, our team is checking it before it’s sent.

Venmo withdrawals are no longer offered. Store Credit is a retired balance: packs no longer accept it, and any legacy Store Credit only appears in your history.

Wallet Balance, Bonus Balance, and XP

Your wallet tracks several separate balances:

Bonus Balance credits — including payouts from past leaderboard reward events — are applied to pack purchases by default and can’t be withdrawn.

Important terms

• No inherent value: Your Wallet Balance exists solely within the CatchBack platform. It is not a security, not legal tender, and not transferable outside our system except through the withdrawal flow above.
• All deposits are final: Once a deposit is credited to your Wallet Balance, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
• Subject to platform discretion: CatchBack reserves the right to modify Wallet Balance functionality, conversion rates, and eligibility requirements at any time. We’ll always communicate changes that affect existing balances before they take effect.
